CRM Extensions builds on top of CRM and
extends CRM’s features and benefits.
Taking advantage of CRM’s flexibility and extensibility, the
Extensions bring 7 years of additional CRM design and development experience,
listening to customers to fine tune the usibility of the features and
functions of the user interface and user experience. One of the Extensions fundamental
design criteria has been to provide enhanced, yet easy to use, CRM
functionality wherever the user is currently working. This includes enhancements to each
CRM form and adding an “CRM” menu
item to the main Outlook menu bar. All
of the basic CRM’s functionality remains the same. CRM has been enhanced, extended and
