One of the Extensions fundamental design criteria has been to provide enhanced, yet easy to use, CRM functionality wherever the user is currently working.  This includes enhancements to each CRM form and adding an “CRM” menu item to the main Outlook menu bar.  All of the basic CRM’s functionality remains the same.  CRM has been enhanced, extended and added to.
